Free event at Hillsboro Library! Kids must be accompanied by an adult!
Costumes encouraged!
Pizza dinner, Halloween movie (suitable for all ages), popcorn, hot apple cider (locally pressed), special Halloween homemade treats, Halloween crafts, and Treat bags to take home with Halloween toys.
Those who register for this free event will be eligible for a prize drawing at the Spooktacular, (must be present to win)!
